Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on all US orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
